· After payment is received it will go through a same day processing period. Once the Processing phase is done you should expect your package within 2-5 business days depending on where you are located. Please remember all these days are BUSINESS DAYS meaning HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS do not count.

· Buyer is responsible for all freight charges applied to your package.

2. RETURN POLICY

NO refunds on any merchandise unless we have made a mistake with your order.

EXCHANGES on ALL MERCHANDISE WILL ONLY BE TAKEN IF WE ARE CONTACTED WITHIN 3 business days OF RECIEVING THE MERCHANDISE.

A 25% restocking fee may occur if the merchandise is not in its original packaging.

We will not return ANY MERCHANDISE strictly for the SHADE of the color, you are purchasing a garment directly from a computer and do not have the luxury of seeing the shade of any of the colors in person, please do not wait till you receive the merchandise to tell us you did not like the "BLUE" or the "RED", this is a unacceptable reason for return.

No refunds or exchanges on any heat transfer custom t-shirts. These t-shirts are made for you exclusively and will not be able to be exchanged or returned.
